Since launching this blog in April, I set myself on a mission to visit at least one coffee shop weekly to read and work on the site.
I had a clear picture in mind- I needed the shop not to be inside a mall, to have natural light, great ambience, greenery and of course, books! I wanted to romanticise reading over a cup of coffee at a cute coffee shop, and, off I went on an online search to find the perfect spots and landed on Ingos Coffee Bar.
Located at Clubview Village Mall on 250 Republic Rd, Ingos is what coffee shop dreams are made of. They sell plants, books and baked goods. The coffee bar exudes a warm, inviting atmosphere perfect for casual meet-ups and quiet moments of solitude.
The menu is a strong suit, featuring a diverse selection of coffee blends that cater to various tastes- from rich, bold espressos to smooth, creamy lattes. Their pastries and light bites are equally impressive, with fresh, quality ingredients evident in every bite.
