What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?

In the past four months, I resigned from two jobs- the first, in April, being from a company I worked at for two years. I quit because I was tired, but immediately after, I got anxious and jumped into another job three months in, I was exhausted. Again, I resigned. I now work part-time from home, earning significantly less than I did. yet, I have the time and energy to wake up at 05:00 am and work out for one hour, four days a week. I sleep better, eat better, and I am no longer stressed or anxious. Long answer, but I exercise four days a week.
